01 Send your request

Write to contact@1p1view.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my 1p1 account”.

Give only the email address of the account concerned. We may ask you to reply to a verification message, to prevent an account being deleted by someone who is not authorised to do so. Never send your password.

02 Data deleted

Once your request is verified, we delete the account, active sessions, property tour titles and structures, room names and the associated photos held in active storage.

Requests are processed within 30 days at most.

03 Limited retention

Residual copies may remain in secure backups for up to 90 days before they are permanently rotated out. Information that must be kept by law may be retained for the legally required period.

04 Delete only some content

Without deleting your account, you can delete a tour and its photos directly in the 1p1 app. This removes that content from active storage once synced.
