The rules for using 1p1 (your account, the tours you publish, your photos and what is not allowed), followed by the terms that apply to everything you buy: prices, payment, extensions and refunds.
Part 1 Terms of use
The rules for using 1p1: your account, the tours you publish, your photos and what is not allowed.
01 Purpose and publisher
These terms of use set out the rules for using 1p1: the mobile app, the web app, the 1p1 websites (1p1.fr and 1p1view.com) and the public tour pages.
1p1 is published by SC3I OÜ, a company incorporated under Estonian law (full details in the legal notice). Contact: contact@1p1view.com, which is also the single point of contact for users and authorities.
02 Acceptance
Users accept these terms of use when they create their account. Visitors who view a published tour without an account are bound by sections 07 and 08.
SC3I may change these terms of use. Users are informed of any significant change at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or in the app. Users who do not accept the change may delete their account before that date.
03 Account
- 1p1 is for adults only, acting for themselves or on behalf of a business or establishment.
- An account is created with a valid email address, which the user confirms. The account is personal: the user keeps their password confidential and remains responsible for how the account is used.
- The user may delete their account at any time, following the procedure on the Account deletion page. Deleting the account takes the user’s published tours offline and forfeits any unused credits.
04 User content
The user is solely responsible for what they create and publish: photos, room names, title, description, price, floor area and contact details. The user guarantees that:
- they have the right to photograph the premises and to share the images (as owner, as agent, or with the occupant’s consent);
- the photos do not show identifiable people without their consent, nor documents or personal information belonging to others;
- the information about the property or establishment is accurate and does not mislead visitors;
- the contact details shown are their own or those of their business.
A tour stays private until it is published. Once published, it can be viewed by anyone who has the link and can be embedded on other websites; public pages are not offered to search engines.
05 Rights in content
The user remains the owner of their photos and texts.
The user grants SC3I, solely for the purpose of providing the service and for as long as the content is stored, a free, worldwide licence to store, reproduce, technically adapt (resizing, compression, removal of metadata) and display that content in the app, on the public page and in embedded tours when the user publishes it.
SC3I does not use users’ content for its own promotion without their prior, explicit consent.
06 AI photo enhancement
At the user’s request, a photo can be enhanced automatically (exposure, colours, sharpness). The processing is carried out by a provider located outside the European Union (see the privacy policy). The original photo is always kept.
Enhancement is meant to correct how the photo was taken, not to change the place. The user checks the result before publishing it: they must not publish an image that adds, removes or alters any feature of the property and so misleads visitors.
07 Prohibited uses
1p1 must not be used to:
- publish content that is unlawful, violent, discriminatory or sexual, or that infringes the privacy or rights of others;
- post a fake or misleading listing, or offer a property one has no right to offer;
- use other people’s photos without permission;
- collect the contact details shown on published tours for unsolicited marketing;
- try to access other users’ accounts or private tours, get around technical limits or disrupt the service (mass uploads, automated scraping).
08 Reporting content
Anyone can report a published tour they believe is unlawful or breaches these terms of use, using the “Report this tour” link at the bottom of its page or by writing to contact@1p1view.com. The report gives the tour’s address, the precise reasons and, if possible, the contact details of the person reporting it.
SC3I reviews every report diligently and tells the person who made it what action has been taken. If the tour is removed, the user concerned is informed of the reason and may challenge the decision at the same address.
09 Removal, suspension and deletion
If these terms of use are breached or content is clearly unlawful, SC3I may, depending on the seriousness:
- remove the published tour concerned;
- suspend the account, which blocks access to the app;
- delete the account in the event of a serious or repeated breach.
Except in an emergency or where required by law, the user is notified and may respond before the measure is taken. A measure taken because of a breach by the user does not entitle them to a refund of the credits used for the removed tour.
10 Ownership of 1p1
The app, the tour viewer, the website, the 1p1 brand and their graphic elements belong to SC3I OÜ. The user receives a personal, non-exclusive right of use, limited to the use provided for in these terms of use. A tour’s embed code may be copied onto any website, provided the viewer is not modified and the 1p1 credit is not removed.
11 Availability and liability
SC3I makes its best efforts to keep 1p1 available at all times, subject to maintenance and to incidents beyond its control. Commitments relating to paid published tours are set out in the terms of sale.
SC3I hosts content published by users without checking it beforehand. SC3I can be held liable for content published by a user only if, having been made aware that it was unlawful, it did not act promptly to remove it.
The user keeps their own copy of their photos: 1p1 is not an archiving service.
12 Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
13 Governing law and disputes
These terms of use are governed by Estonian law, without depriving a user acting as a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the user first writes to contact@1p1view.com; the dispute resolution options and the competent courts are those set out in the terms of sale (sections 15 and 16).
Part 2 Terms of sale
What you pay for in 1p1, at what price, and how payment, extensions and refunds work.
01 Seller
The 1p1 service is published and sold by SC3I OÜ, a private limited company incorporated under Estonian law (osaühing), registered in the Estonian Commercial Register (Äriregister) under code 14315954, with its registered office at Sakala tn 7-2, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10141 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia, represented by its legal representative (see the legal notice).
Contact: contact@1p1view.com.
02 Purpose
1p1 lets you create, from a smartphone or a browser, an interactive photo tour of a property or place (one photo per room or space, linked by navigation markers), then publish it as a web page that can be shared and embedded on another website.
These terms of sale govern the sale of 1p1’s paid services between SC3I and anyone who buys them (the “Customer”), whether acting as a private individual (consumer) or for business purposes. Use of the service is governed by the terms of use.
03 Acceptance and changes
The Customer accepts the terms of sale in force at the time of purchase, before paying. They can be viewed at any time on this page and can be saved or printed.
SC3I may change these terms of sale. The terms of sale that apply to a purchase are those in force when it was made.
When a purchase is made on Apple’s App Store, Apple’s terms also apply to the payment and its refund (section 11).
04 What is free, what is paid
Creating an account, creating tours and previewing them privately are free and unlimited. No payment method is requested before publication.
The following are paid:
- publishing a tour: putting the tour online on a public web page, which can be shared by link and embedded on another website, for 3 months;
- extending a published tour by 3 months;
- AI photo enhancement, beyond the free credits.
05 Offers and prices
- Publication credit — €9.90: publishes one tour for 3 months. The credit can be used for 12 months after purchase.
- 3-month extension — €5.00 (€4.99 on the App Store): extends a tour that is still online (section 09).
- Pack of 50 AI photo credits — €5.00: 50 photo enhancements, usable for 3 months after purchase.
- Welcome AI photo credits — free: 2 credits on first use, valid for 3 months.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
On the App Store, the price is set and displayed by Apple in the currency of the Customer’s country and may differ slightly from the euro price. When paying by card, the amount may be shown in the Customer’s local currency at the exchange rate of the day; the amount charged is the one shown on the payment page.
06 Credits
Credits bought are added to the Customer’s account. Credits are personal, tied to the account, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
Credits are used starting with those that expire soonest. A credit not used by its expiry date is lost and is not refunded. The balance is shown in the app.
If an AI photo enhancement fails for a technical reason, the credit used is automatically returned.
07 Ordering and payment
Purchases are made in the 1p1 app, after creating an account with a verified email address.
- On iPhone and iPad: payment is processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple’s terms.
- On Android and on the web: card payment is processed by Stripe on a secure payment page. SC3I never has access to card numbers.
Before paying, the Customer sees a summary of the order (offer, price), accepts the terms of sale and acknowledges the waiver of their right of withdrawal (section 10). The order is final once payment is confirmed. The credits or the extension are then applied, usually immediately, and a confirmation is shown in the app. A receipt is sent by email: by Stripe for a card payment, by Apple for an App Store purchase.
08 Publishing a tour
Publishing a tour uses 1 publication credit. Before publishing, the app checks that the tour is complete; an incomplete tour cannot be published and no credit is used.
The published tour stays online for 3 months from publication. During this period, the Customer may:
- edit the tour and republish the new version, without using a new credit and without changing the end date;
- take the public page offline and put it back online, without using a new credit. Taking it offline does not extend the period and does not give rise to any refund.
A tour’s public address stays the same from one publication to the next.
09 Extension and end of the publication period
Extension. As long as the publication period has not ended, the Customer may extend their tour by 3 months for €5.00 incl. taxes (€4.99 on the App Store), from the tour concerned in the app. The 3 months are added to the current end date; the tour’s address does not change. The payment applies to that tour only and does not create a credit.
Seven days before the end date, SC3I sends the Customer a reminder email with a link to extend the tour.
End of the period. On the end date, the public page and the tour embedded on other websites are no longer accessible; visitors see a message saying that the tour has expired. The tour can then no longer be extended. It remains in the Customer’s account, and the Customer can put it back online for a new 3-month period with a new publication credit.
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: no payment is ever taken without action by the Customer.
10 Right of withdrawal
A consumer Customer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase.
Credits and extensions are digital content and a digital service supplied immediately after payment. By confirming their order, the Customer:
- expressly requests that they be supplied immediately, before the end of the withdrawal period;
- acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal once they have been supplied.
This request and acknowledgement are collected on the payment screen.
A business Customer has no right of withdrawal.
11 Refunds
A used or expired credit cannot be refunded. Voluntarily taking a published tour offline does not give rise to a refund.
However, SC3I refunds the Customer in the event of a double payment, or of a payment taken without the credits or the extension being applied. Requests should be sent to contact@1p1view.com, giving the account’s email address and the date of purchase.
If a published tour has been unavailable for a significant period because of SC3I, it is extended free of charge by a period equal to the unavailability.
App Store purchases: SC3I can neither see nor refund payments processed by Apple. The Customer sends their request to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), which decides according to its own rules.
12 Customer obligations
The Customer is solely responsible for the photos, texts, prices and contact details they publish. The Customer guarantees that they have the right to photograph the premises and to share this content, and that the information about the property (price, floor area, description) is accurate. The rules of use are set out in the terms of use.
SC3I may remove, without refund, a published tour that is clearly unlawful or breaches the terms of use, after informing the Customer, except in an emergency.
13 Availability and liability of SC3I
SC3I endeavours to keep published tours accessible at all times, subject to maintenance and to incidents beyond its control (hosting provider, network, outages of Apple, Google or Stripe services). If a published tour is unavailable for a significant period because of SC3I, section 11 applies.
SC3I is not responsible for how visitors use a published tour, nor for the commercial result obtained by the Customer (sale, rental, booking). Nothing in these terms of sale limits the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services that consumer Customers are entitled to.
14 Personal data
SC3I processes the Customer’s data to provide the service, collect payments and ensure security. Details are set out in the privacy policy. Payment data is processed by Stripe or Apple, never by SC3I.
The Customer may request deletion of their account at any time (account deletion). Deleting the account takes the Customer’s published tours offline and forfeits their unused credits, without refund.
15 Complaints
Any complaint should be sent to contact@1p1view.com. SC3I replies within 15 days. If the disagreement persists, a consumer Customer may contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) for a dispute with a business based in another European Union country.
16 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of sale are governed by Estonian law. This choice does not deprive a consumer Customer of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
A consumer Customer may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence or those of SC3I’s registered office. For a business Customer, the competent courts are those of SC3I’s registered office in Tallinn (Estonia).
