Look for costs beyond capture
Check minimum subscription terms, travel, property-size limits and hosting duration. Ask what happens if you need to replace a photo or extend a listing. For video, confirm whether export is included and what files you receive. Do not assume that every service includes the same deliverables.

Choose the expense that answers the need
If buyers need to understand the route between rooms, linked photos may be enough. If you need panoramic viewpoints or a spatial model, compare specialist services on that basis. A rental listing may have a shorter publication window than a sale. Budget for the expected duration without assuming the tour will shorten it.
